Site visitors: This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and does not track individuals across sites. We see aggregate page views and referral sources. We do not see who you are.
Contact form submissions: When you submit your email through the contact form, that information is stored in our Netlify Forms dashboard. We use it to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or distribute your contact information.
Portal accounts: Member and employer portal accounts are managed through Netlify Identity. We store your email address, name, and account credentials. Portal data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely.
If you are a member receiving services through Curated, your clinical information (diagnosis, treatment history, outcome instrument scores) is protected under HIPAA. Curated operates as a Business Associate of your employer's health plan.
All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Portal authentication is managed by Netlify Identity with encrypted credential storage. Clinical data is stored in encrypted systems with access controls limited to authorized clinical staff.
