Service Description

Curated provides specialty behavioral health care network management for employers and health plans. Services include episode-chain clinical navigation, provider credentialing, outcome measurement, and readmission warranty programs across mental health, substance use, psychiatric care, crisis, and recovery. Curated does not provide clinical treatment. The clinical relationship is between the member and the treating provider.

Use Restrictions

• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to access this site or its content without written permission.
• You may not misrepresent Curated's clinical protocols, outcome data, or network management outputs as your own methodology or proprietary work product.
• You may not redistribute episode-chain frameworks, credentialing criteria, or program design materials without authorization.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, clinical navigation protocols, episode-chain methodology, credentialing frameworks, and outcome measurement systems presented on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of Curated. Aggregate outcome reports generated for your organization belong to your organization. The underlying methodology, clinical design, and network architecture remain ours.

Curated's tools and clinical navigation services are provided for care coordination and decision support purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, or a treatment prescription. Members should consult their treating providers for all clinical decisions. Information on this site, including the savings calculator, uses estimated figures for illustration. Actual results depend on population characteristics, episode volume, negotiated rates, and clinical outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Curated provides this site and its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Curated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this site or its services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
