Curated provides clinical navigation, provider network curation, bundled episode pricing coordination, and outcome measurement services. Curated does not provide clinical treatment. The clinical relationship is between the member and the treating program or provider. Curated's navigators provide guidance and coordination, not medical advice or treatment.
Member portal: Access is available to individuals covered under an employer plan that has contracted with Curated. Members create accounts using credentials provided by their employer.
Employer dashboard: Access is provisioned by Curated after an employer engagement is established. Employer users see only aggregate, de-identified data. Individual member information is never visible to employer users.
Your use of this site and our portals is subject to our Privacy Policy. Clinical data is handled in accordance with HIPAA requirements under Business Associate Agreements with participating employers.
Curated provides navigation and network curation services. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes. Treatment decisions are made by the member in consultation with their treating provider. Curated's navigators recommend programs based on clinical matching criteria; the member makes the final decision.
Information on this site, including the savings calculator, uses estimated figures for illustration. Actual results depend on population characteristics, episode volume, negotiated rates, and clinical outcomes.
All content on curatedhealth.care, including text, design, and methodology descriptions, is the property of Curated, LLC. The outcome measurement framework, clinical navigation methodology, and network vetting criteria are proprietary.
